Consultation has concluded
Mosman Council as Crown Land Manager under the Crown Lands Management Act 2016 proposes to grant a lease in respect of the land at 2C Alexander Avenue for the purpose of a childcare centre for a 5 year period with an option for a further 5 year period commencing 6 March 2021. The lessee is to be appointed by an Open Tender process closing 12th January 2021.
It is proposed that the outcome of the public tender process and the public exhibition of the proposed 5 year + 5 year lease of community land will be reported to and determined by Council at its meeting on 2 February 2021.
