Goods Display Application – 874 Military Road, Mosman

Consultation has concluded

Council is considering an application from Sunlite Hardware Pty Ltd to increase the area occupied of Council's footpath for the purpose of a goods display to include part of Strand Passage.

The applicant seeks to occupy a further area of 3.64m2 bringing the total area to 7.64m2 - consisting of an existing approved area of 3m x 1m adjacent to the shop front on Military Road and a new area of 5.2m x 0.7m along the building side fronting “Strand Passage”.
