Consultation has concluded

Council is considering an application from C9 Chocolate and Gelato to occupy part of Council's footpath for the purpose of outdoor dining at 4/803 Military Road.

The applicant seeks to occupy a total area of 8.78m2 - consisting of one area measuring 13.5m x 0.65m adjacent to the shop fronting Military Road and Raglan Street.

Any enquiries or submissions on the proposal may be made up to 13 December 2024.
