Consultation has concluded

Notice is given pursuant to Section 47(1) of the Local Government Act 1993 of the proposal to register a public positive covenant on Crown land being Lots 100 and 101 in DP 1231980 located within Parriwi Park (R41681) and leased to Mosman Rowing Club. Registration of the positive covenant is a condition (53B) of modification development consent 8.2005.467.3 granted to the Club on 10 March 2022 for the current development of the Club premises and relates to the management of an onsite detention/rainwater re-use system.

Submissions will be received up to and including 27 April 2023.
