Consultation has concluded
The Mosman Active Transport Strategy (MATS) 2020-25 is currently underway! Council will use this Strategy to direct planned pedestrian and cyclist infrastructure improvements around Mosman over the next five years.
Walking and cycling is recognised by cities and townships across the world as a key element in creating an attractive, liveable environment, with a healthier, happier community. Mosman is no different. We envision a Mosman where walking and riding is common place; where leaving the car at home and jumping on your bike is not only easy, it's enjoyable.
A lot of work has already been undertaken to achieve this vision that you may not even be aware of. The Mosman Active Transport Strategy 2020-25 will pave the way for new improvements to continue this trend.
By sharing some information about yourself and your ideas for Mosman, you can help make our community a more liveable environment!
If you're looking for more information about Mosman's current bicycle network, or would like to learn more about active transport in general, check out the document library and links section of this webpage!
