Timing of Future Development

Council is on the first stage of this project – seeking community feedback on its vision for the site.

If there is general community support for Council’s vision for the site, the next steps would involve a detailed planning, design and approvals process with ongoing community consultation during 2015 to 2017. Construction would be staged with the aim to commence following this process.
