Consultation has concluded

Council is considering an application from Beanie M Cafe to occupy part of Council's footpath for the purpose of outdoor dining at 9/48 Avenue Road.

The applicant seeks to occupy a total area of 5.2m2 - consisting of two areas; 0.8m x 4m and 0.5m x 4m adjacent to the shop fronting Avenue Road.

Any enquiries or written submissions relating to the proposal may be made up to 19 May 2023.
